2005 Fatalone Primitivo Riserva. D.O.C. Gioia del Colle. 15%

Italian Primitivo is Zinfandel.   This is a dead ringer for Jamon, good quality Jamon. Meaty goodness, along with an acetone lift and cardamon pods. Juicy, drinkable, gluggable wine, with very bright acids. Imagine this would complement a charred meat
