2008 La Corsa Mandrione Sangiovese. IGT Maremma Toscana. 13.5%

  Tastes like textbook Australian Sangiovese to me. Yes, I know this is an Italian wine…… but hear me out. It has the sour cherries and coffee overtones of good Sangiovese, along with the Chinotto overtones with piercing acids. Italian
