2010 Marc Bredif Classic Vouvray. 13%

White wines from the Vouvray area of France are made from Chenin Blanc. Slightly mute on the nose. Flavours of crunchy apples, lemongrass and Mangosteen. Beautiful, round lush mouthfeel, aided by the slight residual sugar. Finishes crisp and clean. Lovely

Handpicked, whole bunch pressed. Wild ferment in barrel. Lees stirred. 9 months in French oak   Back label says “Nashi pear and Lime curd”. Agree with that completely. It’s like biting into a crunchy nashi pear, skins, juicy flesh and
