2011 Whicher Ridge Sauvignon Blanc. Sauvignon Blanc. Geographe, WA. 12.5%

20% Barrel fermented and spent a year on lees.

Whicher Ridge Sauvignon Blanc

Yes! A sauvignon blanc with texture, weight and interest.

Pale lemon on the eye.

Creamy, nutty on the nose along with aromas of apples, pear skins, zesty lemongrass and ginger notes.

Aroma notes flow onto palate beautifully. Wonderful crisp acidity and a smokey, flinty finish. Juicy, mouthwatering with a fairly long finish on the palate.
