This is a full bodied, mouth coating white wine.

Flavours of spiced pineapple, apricot kernels, honeysuckle and stone fruit. Floral, white flower notes. Creamy mouth feel that comes from time spent on lees. Good spine of acidity and minerals. Well balanced. Finishes crisp and clean with a nutty aftertaste.

Definitely a food wine that went well with Mrs PWE’s roast chicken.

The chaps at Steve’s let me take home the remains of a sample bottle they received from Importers, The Ventoux Wine Company.
