2011 Whicher Ridge Riesling. Frankland River, WA. 12.5%

Whicher Ridge Riesling

Aroma of lime, hints of coriander seed and a saline character.

On the palate, lime, chalky, flinty minerals, along with flavours of starfruit, mangosteen & ripe mango with some grapefruit pith. Moderate to long palate.

An enjoyable dry Riesling that is starting to show some aged characters.

$28 from The Wine Store in East Fremantle.

Tasted 5th August 2014.
