Light Apricot in colour.

Aromas of white flowers, apricots and peaches that follow through on the palate, along with hints of wet pebble, white pepper, vanilla bean & toasted almonds.

A moderately oily / fat palate that faded to the background once we were nibbling on our appetiser of pork sausages.

A pretty good wine that must be served with food as it’s a fraction warm on the palate without.

Sample from Airoldi Fine Wines. RRP $29

Tasted 28th June 2014
