A blend of 80% Grenache Blanc 15% Roussane 5% Bouboulenc that was matured in lees with stirring for 3 months.

Light golden in colour.

Apricots and summer stone fruits.

Excellent texture and length.

Some lemon sherbet and honeysuckle overtones and toasty crème brulee flavours.

Beautiful white florals of frangipani and acacia.

Flavours last a very long time.

A good value white wine from Airoldi Fine Wines that is perfect for sitting around the pool and shelling tiger prawns whilst seeing the warm afternoon off.
