2011 Sauvion Baronne du Cleray, Sur Lie. Muscadet Sevre et Maine, France. 12%

Sauvion Baronne du Cleray Sur Lie Muscadet

Made from 100% Melon de Bourgogne.

Leesy and textured wine.

Yeasty, biscuit, brioche like taste.

Zingy, sour lemon like acid that really refreshes the palate.

With time in the glass, more mellow sweet lemons emerge.

Moderate length and a clean finish. Enjoyable.

Tasted 14th July 2013

Source: Unsure. Found it at the back of my fridge. Maybe a dinner guest brought this along some time ago?
