Light straw in colour.
Lemons, zingy acid and some woody herbs.
Hints of Bay Leaf & Parmesan cheese rind. Nutty cashew like notes.
Slight hint of residual sugar gives this a good honeysuckle textural element.
Long lingering after taste. Texture plus.
Tried over 3 days and it still was drinking well.
Highly recommended. A Pinot Gris to convert non drinkers.
