Used Singapore as a stopover on our way to Austria in Mid December 2012. Enjoyed some nice, casual food.
Great way to get back into Singapore’s groove.
It’s famous Hainanese Chicken Rice, chilli sauce that’s made specifically for the dish (often a closely guarded family secret).
All washed down by the island state’s very own icy cold brew. Ahhh, Perfection!
Singapore = noodle heaven.
Braised beef brisket with noodles, Hong Kong style. Nice quick lunch with the family.
Another of my noodle favourites. Was sooo yum!
