First meal in Salzburg. 24th December 2012
Bit of a recurring theme with Austrian meals. Meat with a stack of carbs to accompany. Either potatoes or some sort of dumpling.
Lovely pork sausage that paired very well with this crisp, dry Riesling.
No notes, just enjoyed it immensely. Loved the label design.
Liking the food in Austria, but starting to hang out for something spicy and not so heavy.
