Beautiful night launching the Moët Ice Imperial.

Good job with the food.

Interesting champagne made to be poured over ice.

Refreshing, light on the bubbles, which I like.

Option to add lime, mint, strawberries or some lychee. Lime worked well for me.

Would be perfect on a scorching hot Perth summers day.
