2011 Paradigm Hill Transition Rosé. Mornington Peninsula. Vic. 12.2%

100% Shiraz Rosé. 6 months barrel maturation.

Looks can be deceiving. This wine is bone dry. No residual sugar.

This is the first rosé I have come across with Tannins.

Wonderful mouthfeel and texture. Excellent length.

Sour cherries and strawberries on the palate.

Another really good rosé… on a good trot with these at the moment.

Approx $45 at Steves Fine Wine and Food.

Tasted 16th November 2012
