Follows through on the palate with starfruits and a pinch of ginger.
Slippery lanolin mouthfeel.
The French oak on this gives it a nice creamy texture.
Good lingering aftertaste. Has some sweetness.
Can see this paring very well with Chinese roast pork. Very good.
