2009 Feotto dello Jato. Sicily, Italy.

Another highlight from my Singapore trip in October 2012

No notes, but from memory, this was typical of Sicilian whites.

Refreshing, zesty acid and hints of lemon.

Perfect for staying cool in the warm tropical surrounds. Not terribly complex, but it did the job.

Went well with the “Teo Chew” styled pork terrine.

Who said drinking wine is expensive in Singapore?? Lot’s of well priced wines if you look hard enough.

Approx $35. from Enoteca at Takashimaya.
